Here's a game prototype that I started development a while back, and haven't worked on it in months. I figure I might as well post it here for display. Right now it looks tantalizing to finish. If you think it looks like something you'd like me to finish e-mail me, the extra motivation would help a great deal.

I was bored when playing Portal a month ago, and figured out this neat memorizing trick.

Got the job! Now I won't be a poor single programmer anymore; just a single programmer. To be specific, I'll be creating bunches small games that help children learn basic concepts in math over at Woogi World. It's a great opportunity to make some cash that I really need and sharpen my abilities in AS3, and I'll even be advocating my favorite subject in school.

I've been working on games very little since summer started, I guess I'm taking a bit of a vacation from everything. I really want to get going on some of my projects, but I've simply found no motivation. I'm disappointed that it has been like 10 months since I've released Growbox and I haven't completed anything. I am going to try and get a game out before the end of 2010; possibly two.
Just wait though, sometime in 2011 I'm planning on releasing the alpha of a bigger and more awesome premium longish-term development game (holy that was long winded).
Soon I could be getting a decent flash dev job making a bunch of small applications for a certain website. I really hope I get the job because I'm in a financial pit right now, and I like the fact that it's just a series of small apps instead of huge projects that take forever. One of the best aspects of it is that it will allow me to work on my game projects without having to worry about money. Especially because the job isn't time consuming, but the hourly pay is incredible.

It's nearly summer! Yet it's raining like hell over here in Oregon... Oh and I randomly came up with a brilliant big game project. I'm now split between three different flash projects of my own, hmmm.
On an entirely different subject, I really hope they can get that oil leak contained soon. Definitely the worst environmental disaster I have ever heard of.
